Tiana is a positive, inspirational, and innovative educational leader who frames relationships at the forefront of all that she takes on. Her work as a Field Experience Instructor at the University of Calgary has been indicative of her passion for teaching and learning and seeing her students thrive as they complete their course requirements. Her commitment to students, colleagues and teaching excellence earned her the Werklund School of Education Field Experience Instructor Award in 2021 where her students nominated her for this prestigious accolade. Tiana is a clear and confident communication who prioritizes collaboration and collective wellbeing in her course development and delivery. Without hesitation, I would recommend Tiana to your learning community.

I have always said "I wish someone could get into my head and put all of my beautiful ideas into action" and that Tiana did. As a creative, it sometimes feels challenging to compress and organize ALL the things. Tiana is incredibly thorough, super organized and made the process of turning my signature program into a course, seamless and fun. I highly recommend working with Tiana.

Tiana listened closely to what my vision was for my course and the type of experience I wanted to provide my participants. She took the content I had created and spun it into gold! And her background in education is such as asset. She took what might be otherwise quite dry material and made it fun and interactive, while still maintaining the integrity of the information, and made it reflective of my business and my personality.

I am so glad I hired Tiana to help me create my course. Her progressively structured process from mapping to outline, organized my content so I could quickly move into production. Her educational background provided expert insights and direction along with useful reference tools. She is an absolute gem to work with and I highly recommend her!
